Shared living provider opportunity

Location: Washington or Lamoille County

We are seeking a Shared Living Provider for an adult individual who benefits from a calm, patient, and supportive home environment. 

About the individual:

• Requires assistance with personal care, medication administration, and mobility 
• Uses a walker, so a home with easy access (or the ability to make modifications) is essential.

The ideal provider will be comfortable supporting someone who may experience periods of emotional dysregulation and behavioral challenges and can respond with consistency, respect, and strong communication skills. This role is best suited for someone who is patient, compassionate, and able to provide structure, reassurance, and dignity‑centered care.  There should be no children in the home. 

Shared Living Provider must be able to work collaboratively within a team of existing supports and possess the ability to provide a safe, comfortable home environment that fosters autonomy and a Person-Centered approach to care.
